Vainu Outcomes

Not another dashboard. The finished work.

An outcome is finished work, not a tool that could have produced it. Something changes at a company you track, and the list, the follow-up or the record simply appears where your team already works.

Zero-touch calling lists

The list is ready before you ask.

Your criteria stay saved and the market keeps moving. Every morning the accounts that newly fit are in the list, and the ones that stopped fitting are out of it.

Context based followups

The second touch always goes out.

No answer on the phone, so the follow-up sends itself, carrying the context that makes it worth reading. Nobody has to keep a mental list of who is still owed a reply.

Precision built selling points

Why this company, in their words.

Each company gets its own reasons to buy, drawn from its filings, its website and its signals. Your rep opens the account and the argument is already written, in the language that company uses about itself.

End-to-End CRM Data Integrity

A record nobody has to fix.

Duplicates merge, missing fields fill in and stale values refresh themselves every day, inside the CRM you already use. Nobody books a clean-up sprint, because the record never drifts far enough to need one.

Questions

The questions we get asked first

Vainu keeps track of every company in the Nordics. When something changes at one you care about, a funding round, a new office, a new sales director, Outcomes takes the next step for you and hands over the finished result: a call list, a sent follow-up, a short note on why this company should care, or a cleaned-up CRM record.

It turns up in the tool your team already works in. Nobody had to remember to make it.

An alert tells you something happened, and then it stops. That has been the honest weak spot in this product for ten years. Teams switched alerts on, liked them, and then let them pile up unread, because being told about a funding round is not the same as calling the company about it.

An outcome does that next bit for you. The alert still happens underneath. You just get the finished work instead of the notification.

Four things.

Call lists that stay current. You set your criteria once. Every morning the companies that now match are on the list, and the ones that stopped matching are off it. Nobody rebuilds it by hand.

Follow-ups that send themselves. You ring someone and they do not pick up. The email goes out anyway, and it mentions what is actually happening at their company.

A reason to call, written for you. A short note on why this particular company should care, based on what they have published about themselves.

CRM records that stay clean. Duplicates merged and details corrected as they change, without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.

Yes. That is where those four came from in the first place. A customer told us the moment their team kept missing, and we built it.

For your own, we need three things from you. What should Vainu watch for. What should happen when it spots it. And where the finished result should turn up, whether that is a field in your CRM, an inbox or a Slack channel. We build the first version together and you tell us if it is right.

No. You can run it from our interface, or you can have the finished result delivered into the systems your team already uses.

If your developers would rather plug our data straight into your own tools or AI assistants, that works too, through our API and MCP server. You get the same outcomes either way. It only changes who does the plumbing.

One outcome, one problem. We would rather get a single follow-up email working properly than promise to automate your whole sales process by next quarter. The small ones are also the fastest to switch on.

The price depends on which outcome you want, because a nightly call list is a much smaller job than keeping a whole CRM clean. So there is no list price to quote you here.

Tell us which moment your team keeps missing. We will work out the scope, and the number, with you before anything gets signed.
